Procedure to apply for Rohtang Pass Permit :
Visit hpkullu.nic.in or himachal.nic.in
Click on PERMIT for ‘Rohtang Pass and Beyond’
Click on the Apply Permit for Rohtang Pass (Tourism Purpose)
Application form will appear.
First change the date and click on Change Permit Date icon, date will be changed.
Now fill up all the details
At the end of form, enter the Capcha in capcha text box.
Click on submit
A SMS (Opt No.)will come to your phone () number
Enter the OTP no next to Reference No.
Click on Submit. Your permit will be sent to your cell phone
Carry mentioned ID proof and PUC at the time of journey
